e-Panta is the crop booking for your land. It is the official record of what crop you sowed, on how much land, in the current season. If you are an Annadata Sukhibhava beneficiary, this booking is not optional — the government releases your money only after it can see that you actually cultivated the crop. Many farmers whose payments are stuck find that the reason is simple: the e-Panta booking was never done, or it was done wrong.
This guide explains what e-Panta is, why Annadata Sukhibhava needs it, and how to complete it at your Rythu Bharosa Kendram.

What e-Panta Crop Booking Is
e-Panta is the recording of the crop actually sown on a piece of land in a given season. The record says which crop was sown, on how many acres or cents, and who cultivated it. It is done fresh for each crop season — Kharif and Rabi — because the crop changes every season. The booking is made by the Village Agriculture Assistant, who visits the field or takes the details at the Rythu Bharosa Kendram and enters them in the system.
Why Annadata Sukhibhava Needs It
Annadata Sukhibhava pays Rs.20,000 a year to a farmer family — Rs.14,000 from the state and Rs.6,000 from PM-Kisan. The state share is meant for farmers who actually cultivate. The e-Panta booking is how the government checks that. Without a crop booking, the system cannot tell a cultivating farmer from someone who only holds land on paper, so the instalment is held back until the booking is done and verified.
Landless tenant farmers are covered too — they get the full Rs.20,000 from the state through the CCRC card. But their crop booking is just as necessary: it is the proof that they cultivated the land they took on lease.
How to Complete e-Panta, Step by Step
- Go to your Rythu Bharosa Kendram (RBK) with your Aadhaar card and your patta passbook or land records. Tenant farmers should also carry their CCRC card.
- Tell the Village Agriculture Assistant what crop you sowed this season and on how much land.
- The assistant records the crop booking in the e-Panta system against your survey number and your name.
- Ask the assistant to confirm that the booking is recorded. Note the details — crop, extent and survey number — so you can check them later.
- After the booking, check your Annadata Sukhibhava status on https://annadathasukhibhava.ap.gov.in with your Aadhaar number. If the status still shows a problem, go back to the RBK and ask what is missing.
What Farmers Need
- Aadhaar card
- Patta passbook or land records showing the survey number and extent
- CCRC card, for landless tenant farmers
- The name of the crop you sowed this season, and the extent you sowed it on
Common Problems and Fixes
Booking never done. The most common reason payments stop. Go to the RBK and get the Village Agriculture Assistant to record the booking for the current season. Do it as soon as the crop is sown — do not wait for the payment date.
Wrong crop or extent recorded. If the booking shows a different crop or a different extent than what you sowed, the verification will fail. Ask the assistant to correct the entry at the RBK.
Land record mismatch. If the survey number or the extent in the land records does not match your actual holding, the booking cannot be linked to you. Get the land record corrected at the Sachivalayam or through MeeSeva, then redo the booking.
Tenant farmer without a CCRC card. Landless tenants need the CCRC card to get the full Rs.20,000 from the state. If you cultivate leased land and have no CCRC card, apply for one at the Sachivalayam and complete the crop booking with it.
e-Panta: When to Do the Booking Each Season
A fresh e-Panta booking is needed for each crop season, because the crop changes every season. Do the booking soon after sowing, at your Rythu Bharosa Kendram with the Village Agriculture Assistant — do not wait until the instalment is due. The booking is recorded against your survey number and your name, so it must match the crop you actually sowed and the extent you sowed it on.
If you sow a second crop in the same year, that crop needs its own booking too. Each booking is for one season and one crop, and the verification that releases the instalment is done against that season’s booking. Read the status guide at https://unqinformation.com/annadata-sukhibhava-status-check-by-aadhaar-portal-steps-instalment-details/ to see how to check whether your booking is showing on the portal.
e-Panta: What Happens After the Booking
Once the booking is recorded, the government verifies that the crop was actually cultivated. Only then is the Annadata Sukhibhava instalment released. You can check the result on the state portal at https://annadathasukhibhava.ap.gov.in with your Aadhaar number — the status shows whether the booking is recorded, whether cultivation is verified, and whether the instalment has been released.
The money is paid by Direct Benefit Transfer into the Aadhaar-seeded bank account, so the seeding must be right. If the instalment is held even though the booking was done, check first whether the Aadhaar is seeded to the right account — the payment follows the seeding, not the account number on the application. You can check the seeding status on the UIDAI website at https://uidai.gov.in, or ask your bank to confirm it. The NPCI website at https://www.npci.org.in explains how the mapper works.
e-Panta: Tenant Farmers and the CCRC Card
Landless tenant farmers need the crop booking just like landowners, and they need their CCRC card to get the money. Under Annadata Sukhibhava, a tenant farmer gets the full Rs.20,000 from the state through the CCRC card, even though they do not own land and therefore do not get PM Kisan. Without the card, the booking cannot be linked to a payment, and the instalment is held.
If you cultivate leased land and have no CCRC card, apply for one at your Grama or Ward Sachivalayam — see the guide at https://unqinformation.com/grama-ward-sachivalayam-services-how-to-apply-for-any-ap-government-scheme/ — and complete the crop booking with it. The CCRC card is also the document that lets a landless farmer get crop loans, so it is worth getting even apart from Annadata Sukhibhava.
